What we collect

Only what you type into the forms yourself:

• Training booking form: name, WhatsApp number, role or company (optional), best time to reach you (optional).
• Team training form: name, company name, WhatsApp number, team size, city, message (optional).
• Video request form: name, brand or company, WhatsApp number, type of video, desired timing (optional), website or Instagram link (optional).
• With each request we store your browser type, plus the time you accepted this policy and its version, as proof of consent.
• Our hosting provider briefly logs IP addresses in technical logs to protect the site against attacks and abuse.

No tracking cookies

The site uses no tracking cookies, no analytics tools and no advertising pixels.

Why we collect it, and on what basis

Only to contact you on WhatsApp about your request: confirm your seat, send a quote, or answer your questions. We use it for nothing else and never send you marketing without your consent.

The legal basis is your explicit consent, given when you tick the consent box before sending. You can withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect what was done before.

Who can access it

Only the Nazra team. We rely on technical providers that process the data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes:

• Supabase: the database where requests are stored.
• Vercel: website hosting.
• WhatsApp (Meta): if you send us the prefilled message, it reaches us through WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Transfers outside Saudi Arabia

Supabase and Vercel servers are located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We transfer only the minimum data your request needs, based on your consent and with appropriate safeguards under the Regulation on Personal Data Transfer outside the Kingdom.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone for marketing purposes.

How we protect it

Connections to the site are encrypted (HTTPS), the database is locked so only the site's server can reach it with a secret key, and access is limited to the Nazra team.

If a breach could harm you, we notify the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, and we inform you without undue delay.

How long we keep it

We keep request data for at most 12 months from the request, after which it is deleted automatically. If you ask for deletion sooner, we delete it.

If you become a customer and pay, we keep the invoice and its details for the period required by law.

Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to:

• Know what we collect about you and why (this policy).
• Get a copy of your data.
• Have it corrected or updated.
• Have it deleted.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.

How to make a request

Message us on the WhatsApp number below. We answer within 30 days at most. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may file a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

Minors

Our services are intended for adults. If you are under 18, do not send us your data without your guardian's consent.

Changes

If we change how we handle your data, we update this page and its date above. For a material change, we ask for your consent again.
